"This is the absolute worst organization in Pennsylvania, do NOT even consider becoming a patient. The staff is rude, uncaring and lack professionalism. The actual building at the Parkside location is dirty and smells horribly and should be condemned! It is unsafe, they have security to give the false impression of safety but I witnessed alterations and drug deals in front of myself and staff. I implore anyone considering this place to STAY FAR, FAR, AWAY!!"

It is disgustingly dirty, the staff is unprofessional, they are unorganized, you cannot reach anyone via telephone if you have any issues, they are extremely inefficient and try to milk your insurance!!! I was in quarentine with COVID and attempted to contact them for 5 days, ran out of my medication and they could care less!!!"
