"Practitioner Maria I. Flores is extremely rude, and condescending. She is passive aggressive and dismissed me and the pain I was enduring saying I need to just drink more water and said she couldn’t do nothing for me. No care, or empathy."
"I been trying to make an appointment for the longest at this place, since you a new Patient you would not be able to make An appointment if you don’t call at 7 I been calling at like 3 times they answer hand told me the same thing, to call again at 7. It don’t make sense, I called at 7 and I have to keep calling again,again,again,again.don’t recommend poor customer service."
"It’s the worst place you want to be. Doctors do not listening to your needs. You complain about pain and they give you cholesterol medication, you have issue with your face and they giving you foot cream. You can never get an appointment and when you finally get an appointment, they put you with the wrong doctor. Be aware it’s a money making machine no one care over there. It’s all for insurance money. We are just a number not human."
"I went to MLDS express care, because I was having bad pains on my stomach. Mrs. Flores just gave me pills and told me to watch what I eat. Those pills didn’t work at all. I traveled out of the country because I kept having a lot of pain. Guess what? I had Polyps in my stomach. Those Polyps has to be removed because they can turn into ULCERS and them Cancer. I told her I was having pain for months and I was looking to get and Endoscopy done. But she just gave me pills and that it. She doesn’t what she is doing."
"I really don’t know what happened to the great place this center used to be. It’s just to complicated to get an appointment and then whenever you get one the wait is just ridiculously. Unbelievably I went there because I was in pain I was supposedly prescribe medicine that was never send to my pharmacy. Call the center and was told I need to wait 72 hours!!!!!! In pain before the doctor could do anything about my prescription. This is unacceptable very poor patients service..it’s sooooooo sad I really feel like they don’t care. I get anxious every time I have to make an appointment there. Having health problems is enough to deal with plus feeling like there’s No one to ensure everything is going to be ok it’s just too much."
