"The phone system stinks! I love my doctor there but access to them is atrocious. I’m usually on hold ten to fifteen minutes before a live human even gets on the phone!! And not all calls are an emergency but still might be urgent enough that you’d like an immediate response. I changed my primary to this practice but I’m having second thoughts now."

"Terrible office staff. They didn’t submit a pre-authorization to insurance on time, then lied both to me and to the imaging center saying that the insurance did not approve my imaging. Turns out the insurance had only received the claim less than 24 hours before my appointment and hasn’t even had a chance to look at it yet. They played ignorant when I called the office and asked about it. Instead of admitting their mistake and rescheduling my appointment, they decided to lie and have me waste an entire day playing telephone trying to figure out what happened. I now have to start the process over again and wait even more time to get my imaging done. Inexcusable and unprofessional behavior."

"Doctors are great and they are typically responsive to referral requests made through the portal. My experience is also similar to many other reviewers in that they rarely answer the phone. If they answered the phone they would have received 5 stars. Today I was on hold so long I actually drove over 8 miles and spoke with reception person before my call was ever answered despite no one in the front office appearing to be on the phone."
