"Don't use them for your travel health needs. 1. The prices are astronomical. It's $95 just for the appointment. The nurse wanted to charge $45 for a flu shot, which I got for free at CVS. And then she was peddling other stuff like DEET and permethrin at crazy costs. I even stupidly paid $45 for cipro when it would have been like $3 with my insurance. 2. They do not work with insurance. I got a prescription for malaria medicine and my insurance would cover it if the nurse filled out a form for prior authorization. They refused so I had to go see my regular doctor so I could pay $10 for the meds instead of $250. 3. Their scheduling system is flawed. They fell behind (my 9AM appointment was 30 minutes delayed) and then the nurse was scattered and rushing when I came in. 4. The nurse (Bonnie) was unprofessional. Even before my appointment she was hollering at me across the office while facing her computer and her back turned to me. In the appointment she treated me like I was an inconvenience. She never asked any detailed questions about my travel that might inform my vaccination needs. She just read from a printout from their website. Use the travel clinic in your hospital network instead. This place is preying on people who are short on time or don't know any better."

"I walked into your facility to make an appointment. I was greeted by a very friendly and competent receptionist. I was offered an appointment as early as that day but I chose another date and time to return. On the return appointment I was cheerfully greeted again and B. Goldberg was very personable and efficient. I enjoyed my interaction with her and would recommend anyone who needs these services to use Passport Health. Thank you for making this part of my trip enjoyable and easy."

"Great Health Clinic (Koraun Gates) I had a great experience at Passport Health! Before I even arrived, the nurse described the Passport Health building to me. This made it easier for me to locate it. I was also grateful that the nurse accepted my appointment in spite of being late. The nurse was informative about the vaccinations. The nurse was also personable and friendly. Moreover, while I was in the building, an employee willingly helped me find the Passport Health suite when he sensed that I may have been lost. This was my first visit to Passport Health. I hope to return again, and would definitely recommend this place to people who want to get travel vaccinations!"
