"Long story short I do not recommend the practice based off a bad first impression. I went there as a new patient. The doctor was okay. The front desk staff ruined the visit. The lady who checked me in was rude and uninformed. The first thing she asked was why I was there. I told her to establish care. She responds, well you selected “new problem” as reason for visit online. Another coworker intervenes and informed her that when booking online, “new problem” is the only other option to select if you’re not pregnant. She then asked why didn’t I enter my insurance online. I told her I submitted a picture, she verified the picture was submitted and stated but why didn’t you enter the information. I offer my insurance card she states she doesn’t need it because she has the picture. She was being difficult. She assumed my insurance was state, I informed her it was a PPO. She ignored me and asked her co-worker who confirmed PPO. Then I am standing at the front desk waiting and nothing so I ask is that all. She replies yes and I go sit. I sit then, she asks from the front desk, are you married? Overall, the lady at the front desk treated me as if I was an incompetent rude person from the moment she began the check in process. After check-in the wait time was minimal. The MA who called me back was professional and welcoming. The MA was the best part of the visit."

"I went today with my aunt who can’t speak English. She had doctor Tally and she was extremely unprofessional and rude. She did not respect our religious purposes and our needs. I told her specifically that she needs a women interpreter, yet she dialed a male interpreter and was also very rude to him. She cut the phone the on him, and would not dial a women interpreter. This caused me a lot of problems because it was heavily raining and I spent a day out of my school for this appointment. We waited a month for this appointment just to receive disrespect and unprofessional behavior. Even the coworkers and front desk workers were talking to eachother in such a rude manner in front of the patients"

"Don’t WANT TO GIVE 1 star!!!!!! They ALWAYSSSSSSS mess up on appointments. How when I make an appt for my daughter and I on the same day but when we get there they trying to tell me my Appt is the next day. Like WHAT?!!!! I’m good. Time to go somewhere else. Use to go here for primary care and the same thing happen so I found another. Guess I will do the same for GYN. Well there’s NO GUESS. I will!!!! This place is BAD BUSINESS AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Receptionist the WORST!!!!!!"
