"This place is so unorganized and do NOT I mean do NOT communicate with the patient. A doctor comes in ask a few questions and then leaves and then the appointment person comes in, makes the appointment and hands you papers. So if you don’t read the papers you won’t know what the doctor has diagnosed you with. All doctors should communicate with their patients in person not on paper. Wait time is ridiculous, all you hear is these girls/nurses being ghetto with there unprofessional conversations amongst each other. Or flirting with the male patients. Like so unprofessional."

"This urgent care is not a place to come to a lot of the nurses here are rude beside one her name is chasmine she is a wonderful nurse is a shame that she works in a place like this. Someone is looking for a very good nurse to come scoop her up from this horrible urgent care. When you come here they give you an appointment. Make sure you get here 2 to 3 hours before your appointment because you would sit here 2 to 3 hours after the time of your appointment."

"I went to Concentra for a pre-employment drug screening. I arrived at 8am, and waited approximately 20minutes which wasn’t bad at all. I was assisted by Chasmine and Alex. They were amazing! Both showed great energy, professionalism, and went above and beyond to make my visit smooth and easy. The location was convenient and clean as well, but those two ladies were the highlight of my day! They’re a great representation of the company and expectations of excellent service!"
