"They didn't do their due diligence. The medication they prescribed is not helping. They only gave ibuprofen and cough medicine for a viral infection. They couldn't tell me what kind of viral infection it was. I don't even know what I'm battling. I paid over a $100 for something I can get OTC"
"The doctor was rude, unprofessional and only gave me about 30 seconds of her time. The rest of the staff was great. Long wait, but that’s to be expected. Overall, going here was a complete waste of time and money."
"Dianna I believe is her name the doctor that seen my daughter. She is super helpful. My daughter loved her. She helped me get the care she needs. She very patient and listen to every concern I have. I don’t understand why people complain here I always have a good experience here and don’t wait that long. I always receive good customer service from front and doctors."
"Staff is nice but the ways this facility carries out to see patients needs to be improved. I waited less time to be called in the waiting room than in the exam room. 30 minutes in the waiting room and 45 plus in the exam room. It was close to lunch time maybe that's why but if not the wait time needs to be corrected. I asked one of the staff members how much longer and then within 5 minutes was seen. She replied we are short staffed and apologize. As I said staff is nice, helpful and cooperative but wait time is horrible."
"So I am sitting in this location right now. I was playing basketball and took an elbow to the nose. I heard a crunch sound and started profusely bleeding and in a good amount of pain. I stopped the bleeding and then headed to this location to get checked out and see if I needed xrays. I am a Temple Health employee myself (which is why I came to Temple ready care: its no out of pocket cost for me) and have worked in emergency and critical Healthcare for 10 years. The first thing the woman who greeted me did was try and discourage me from getting the care that I thought I needed. She emphasized how I would have to wait an hour or maybe 2 and that the physician would determine what care I would receive. I guess she felt it necessary to point that out because I stated that I thought that I would need xrays. They took my insurance card and ID when I first arrived about 22 minutes ago and they still haven't returned them. I will update this review as I go. I'm pretty disappointed so far though. There are also flies all over the waiting room area. Update: I was called back and both the healthcare worker and the Dr. Pleasant and listened to my concerns. I was transferred to a local hospital ER. I'm going to update my rating to reflect my satisfaction with the actual care that I received."
