"It's very hard to make an appointment because when you call your waiting for someone to pick up for almost an hour. It does not matter what time of the day that you call. It's time for me to go some where else. I have been coming here for years. It's not like it used to be."
"The doctor was rushed, dismissive, and kept interrupting me. They also submitted everything incorrectly to my medicaid insurance. While I should owe nothing, I'm still receiving bills in November for services rendered in April due to Temple incorrectly coding my visit and tests, and I'm fighting alongside the insurance to just get Temple to do it correctly."
"Everyone was really nice, I had a very pleasant experience, I would recommend this practice. I really like that they had a lab in office not something Im used to though I know its common. Dr. Chang was incredibly kind, understanding, and professional, everyone was professional! I requested female only staff and they were more than happy to accommodate that."
