"Front desk lady was very polite, the nurse was very polite , unfortunately I was very nervous and couldn't pee for my drug test was at office for about 2 hours after talkin to front desk I was calm enough to pee and complete drug test .. which I will pass of course ,thank you for your time,"

"Came here after a bike crash. After waiting for 2 hours, seen by a doctor who told me the x-ray specialist is at another location. Not only the front desk haven’t informed me x-ray specialist is at another location when I told her I want to check for broken my arms, she made me wait for 2h. The Doctor was very attentive and caring tho."

"I needed to come here for a drug test for a new job. I was not and still unable to make an appointment online so I went in person and the woman at the front desk lacked customer service skills. She asked me if I scheduled an appointment and I said no because the website won’t let me. She proceeded twice to say there are no appointments for today and told her I know. I’m trying to get an appointment for tomorrow and she said okay. I asked if she can help me set up an appointment and she said no and not for today. I told her again I know and the website isn’t working and she says yes it does. I simply walked out irritated with how she was completely useless and unhelpful. She is the face of your business. Shame on her for not doing her job."

"Made an appointment for 13:30 for a drug screening. I drove 45 minutes to the location, Then, I found out that the medical assistant was not even in the office and would be arriving in about 90 minutes. Nobody communicated that the appointment would have to be postponed. If you make an appointment, you have to make sure someone will be there to fulfill it. Complete incompetence."

"Everyone was so friendly!! They took good care of me. Although it was my very first time at this urgent care, I really felt like I’ve been coming there forever. I was in and out in less than a hour. Did I mention the staff was awesome?! 10/10 I would recommend."
