"If I could rate this place as a BIG FAT ZERO, trust me I would. I've been trying to get my child's immunization records/medical records faxed to a new school & health care provider since my daughter moved out of state. I've sent about 6 or 7 "medical release" forms and I have fax transmission confirmations from MYSELF, THE NEW DOCTOR'S OFFICE, AND HER NEW SCHOOL. My kids new school will not register her since she "has no records" and STILL.... PENN FAMILY CARES' TEAM OF WELFARE RECIPIENTS CAN'T GET OFF THEIR CELL PHONES LONG ENOUGH TO SEND A SIMPLE FAX. Ive tried other tactics like, requesting their on-line system.... But of course.... They "couldn't help me at this time" since my daughter is a minor. Today is Tues and school in our new state starts in less than a week..... ***So maybe I can book a flight to Philly, and a hotel, so I can walk in to retrieve her records.... These urban people are Petty, vindictive, and mean spirited. *****BEWARE****"
