"0 Damn stars. everytime i come here there’s an issue or miscommunication. today 11/17/23 i came in for an anatomy scan & my baby was facing my back. unless the ultrasound tech was guessing my baby’s gender she told me it was a girl so she got good enough shots to make that determination. i wanted those she said no. i asked the doctor she went in the room & the ultrasound tech told her no she wasn’t doing it. the doctor came back in & told me “it’s like artwork if i took pictures of you i would want them to be perfect for you” that is not up to her or the ultrasound tech to determine what looks good enough for me regardless if they needed me to follow up in a month & come back or not. the office calls me after i left & set up an appointment & lab work for me after i told them i didn’t want any further treatment from them. they said they could email my photos then took it back. the doctor said i could get my PHOTOS & came back just for the photos & she had 1 telling me to come into her office & talk first for it.. i kept explaining i don’t want any further treatment so i started recording because she said i was a problem so i then asked her again for my ultrasound photo she said “no after we talk” so i snatched it from her & left. i tried to see beyond the videos & comments about this place but it completely lives up to 0 stars & need to be shut down. also the receptionist Emily kept saying no one but her was there to speak to me & when i waited an hour she pushed the calls to voicemail 5 times i also screenshotted that. they are truly sick."

"Horrendous treatment of patients. Would never go here as long as disgustingly judgemental old women, who question the life choices of young mothers, continue to be employed here. Who is she to talk down to anyone and, more importantly, why is it any of her business. This woman should not be working in an environment where people trust and rely on the staff's help. AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED WITH RESPECT"

"If it wasn't for getting baby checked up with a sooner appointment I wouldn't had come here. I have history of family being abusive and currently in a safe haven with kids being with father for the time being while I'd go seek help. The doctor is very judgemental and will say slick stuff. During assessment she questioned why social services weren't called on my kids? Not sure why would they be called if they are well taken care of and have fathers. Then claimed that I am smart to get help as if I were a dumb person. Then I've asked for a visit summary for me and the shelter for proof she refused to give me one never had a doctor refused to give me a visit summary. This place doesn't have a very welcoming atmosphere at all I felt completely judged. Not everyone is cut from the same cloth and are married with a loving family. My kids are happy and healthy. And I'm seeking help to better myself and situation. The only positive that baby is healthy and I'm finally having a girl."

"I just saw a viral video of a pregnant woman being hit at this medical facility & there was no one there to help her. The woman also seemed to be very calm & a nurse was speaking extremely disrespectfully to the woman & refusing to give the woman a maternity leave note for her employer. This is a horrible thing for any pregnant woman to have to go through. I wouldn’t recommend this place to any woman in need of medicine assistance."

"I was here in 2018 with my first pregnancy…The doctor and her staff are absolutely amazing!! Fast forwarding to 2023… the doctor and her office staff were simply amazing making my pregnancy smooth sailing again. The doctor listened everything I was telling her. The office was extra cautious on any situation they seen or even had curiosity about. They are amazing there! If I was to get pregnant again I will definitely be going back to the race street office! Thank you to everyone there!!"
