"I don't believe that you have a 4.8 rating!!! The office was very clean. The website is wrong. No RSV shot. The PA tried to tell me there's no rapid testing there at all!!! The MGR is very nice. The part time employee who gave me the test rammed the swabs up my nose!!! Horrible experience!!! If I could give less than 1 star definitely would. Do not recommend this place to anyone!!! Enter at your on RISK!!!"

They genuinely cared & I felt seen! As somebody with gi issues & mental health issues it means the world to have health care professionals really listen & see you!"

Eileen, Erica, and Chris were all pleasantly friendly and helpful, making the visit so easy from beginning to end! Absolutely would advise anybody to go to Carbon Health! 11 out of 10! "I was impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and the pure ease in scheduling my appointment. The staff was friendly and the PA who saw me was lovely - very kind, clear, and informative and I never felt rushed. My only moderate suggestion for improvement would be in regard to more careful or intuitive scheduling - In an attempt to save time, I thought making an appointment at urgent care would suffice, over trying to get in to see my PCP. I made my appointment time during my lunch break, assuming it wouldn’t take longer than an hour. But despite arriving on time, I sat in the Registration area for at least 15 minutes and then additionally sat and waited in the exam room for well over a half-hour, thereafter. It didn’t appear to be busy, but I suppose I couldn’t know for sure whether or not that was the case, if there were a bunch of other people sitting in waiting rooms like me! Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would certainly return, perhaps just with a more gracious expectation for time."

"The space is amazing, very new, clean, and comfortable. But more importantly they have probably the nicest urgent care staff you’ll find in the city. Even on a Friday night and you’re the last patient of the day they are kind and accommodating. Went for a back injury and was given treatment on site and sent home with the prescriptions I needed. Would recommend to anyone in the city."
