"Not a very good experience and attempts to speak with someone have been unsuccessful. Painful examination and the doctor didn't stop. I had to put an end to the exam and wasn't offered anything to clean myself with or even a tissue even though the nurse observed me crying. The post visit documentation indicates something that didn't happened."
"Today was my first time as a patient at this particular office. I am a mother of five and have had many OB visits and this was by far the worst experience for me. I cried from beginning till the end of my pap(used a plastic speculum at first but switched to a metal one when I complained of pain but the metal one was no better) and curret scraping(which I figured would be the most uncomfortable part) I felt so violated the way the doctor handled me he doesn’t have a gentle hand what so ever! I am highly upset and have called the office and I’m waiting for a call back I wished I said something when I was in the office but I love never felt like this before and didn’t know how I should deal with it. The nurse saw I was in pain from beginning to end and I felt she should have said something too when he first inserted the speculum. I have never so violated and I don’t know what to do!"
"Been coming here for ob/gyn/primary for few years and the doctors and nurses are friendly. Never had an issue. Better and nicer building location with plenty of parking in comparison to center city location. Only wish they add more departments here."
"The doctors and nurses at this location are fine, but some of the other staff are not. My doctor was running late for my virtual appointment, understandable. I just needed to reschedule my appointment because I couldn’t keep waiting after already waiting half an hour. Shouldn’t be a big deal. I can just make sure I have more time to spare next time in case of a longer delay. Simple. I call the phone number listed on MyChart to cancel and reschedule appointments only to come across people that won’t let me speak and lecture me on wait times and staying in the virtual waiting room. Yes, I understand that delays happen. Yes, I know how to wait in a virtual waiting room. I simply did not have the time in my own schedule to keep waiting and just wanted to reschedule the appointment. I wasn’t rude, I just said that I didn’t have any more time today and needed to reschedule the appointment. This should have been simple. I don’t know how many times I had to say excuse me and try to cut in to get these two people (first the person that initially answered the call but especially the second person they transferred me to) to stop talking down at me long enough to actually listen to me. I was eventually transferred to someone who was able to reschedule my appointment which is great, but come on. There was no need for all of that in the first place."
"I have been dealing with a bad tooth and called around trying to find a place that took my insurance. Jefferson came up as in my network and when I called to make an appointment, it was my very first question. I then waited 20 days for this appointment, only for it to be canceled the DAY OF due to them not accepting my insurance. The absolute lack of due diligence of what seems like an important part to one's job is unacceptable. I've been in some of the worst pain due to this tooth only to be canceled on after weeks of waiting. I hope this never happens to another person."
