"I was about to call inquiring what time my endoscopy was going to be. Then I see that the surgical staff will call the night before the appointment. Wow what a bunch of narcissistic’s. My time isn’t important and I expect that when I do get there the wait will be at least an hour or probably longer. Because if your the patient all that matters is your insurance. Your time means nothing. I cant stand Doctors who think this way. I’m sorry I just didn’t schedule this at the Lyons VA. First they give me the wrong office. Now terrible scheduling. Pray I’m wrong but I worked in a hospital going to college, first hand experience of how Doctors behave. Which unfortunately isn’t good."

"Had a colonoscopy here. The staff from reception to pre-op, op, and post-op were absolutely wonderful. They asked me multiple times if I needed anything; they were professional; prompt; and kind. Would definitely recommend."

"I have had multiple procedures at this surgery center over the years and, though always intending to, never express my appreciation about the care I have been given ... EVERY SINGLE TIME WITHOUT EXCEPTION! THE STAFF ARE BEYOMD CARING AND COMPETENT. I always feel safe. ALWAYS!"

"Waited an hour and five minutes to be seen. Upon entering surgical area I informed the nurse that during my colonoscopy a year before the nurse attempted to start IV and could not do it. A large hematoma resulted and I was told any procedure I had in the future would require an anesthesiologist to do the IV. Well the doctor was unable to do the IV after four pokes a surgeon was called and he was successful. After the extended time spent it appeared as if staff understandably was anxious to leave. I understand that what I was disappointed about was that I did not receive a follow up call. Since the procedure did have some difficulty an inquiry as to how the patient was doing should have happened. I have dealt with Roseberry Surgical Center many times over the years the last two occasions were not comparable to past standards."

"Arrived at 11:45 am for a 12:00 appt. I’m sitting in waiting room for 2 hours and the sign states that my husband is still being” prepared for surgery” 2 hours later and haven’t started?? Why give him a 12 o’clock appt ?? I would have given 1 star but staff seems nice and waiting room is clean.. my advice” update me if there is a delay “.. glad I’m not the patient .. would not recommend this facility .. we will continue to use St Lukes but not this office.. *Update :just asked front desk to see what’s the prob.. she says the doctor got behind on a case ..He , my husband , may be done within another 1 1/2 hours .. REALLY??? I asked “does this doctor know what she is doing ??? Come on seriously … he should have been done by 2pm states the receptionist .. it’s 2:08 pm very unprofessional !! And his start time is not guaranteed!"
