"My wife and I had appointments 20 mins apart,we both had to wait over 1 hour to be seen by staff. We were notified that our glasses were there and to be picked up. Went there to pick up our glasses 2 times, each time was told that it would be a 30 min wait or more. Every time I go there the waiting area is always full of people waiting and no staff to be found maybe 1 staff member, appear to be greatly under staff. The only reason I gave them 1 star was the ease of making the appointment, after that, saying it's been completely down hill is a understatement.. If I ever get my glasses this time I will not be returning to visionwoks..the worst service ever..it's got to be better than this."

"COMPLETELY UNSAT! I will not return to this establishment. They are slow, unorganized, and do not communicate. I waited over an hour past my appointment time for my exam and when I returned to get my glasses a week later (because I couldn’t get my glasses the same day because they ran sooooo late and I had other commitments), I literally sat for 30 mins waiting before the front desk clerk advised me that he had to take care of patients with appointments first. Would have been nice to have known that in the beginning. I will take my business elsewhere and would advise you to do the same!!!"

"Have been getting exams and glasses here since they opened, not happy with previous company. Excellent doctors recognized signs of glaucoma and a retinal tear and sent us to specialists the following day. For glasses, they are wonderful. Today I went in with a broken pair that were four years old and discontinued. Danny searched the cabinet drawers, "just in case" and found the exact frames and 60% reduced! Left with new frames and my same lenses from the broken frames!"

"After navigating through their online appointment system, my husband and I were finally able to get in to be seen. Dr. Slack is wonderful. Unfortunately the front counter staff are not. I have tried to order my new prescription twice now with no luck. The first time I came in and there were three others ahead of me. This wasn't the problem. The problem was there were three front desk staff, but only one actually working. One had gone to lunch and the other was just moving about the area not helping others. The one that was helping others (taking over 20 minute to simply adjust a pair of nosepads) waved to him and said sure, go on to lunch, I've got this. Sure, go on to lunch while there are 3 others still waiting to be helped, vs waiting for the other person to return from their break. In the meantime, someone else came in, and were helped ahead of everyone else (a glass pick up and fitting). After waiting over 40+ minutes and STILL not being any nearer to being helped, I left. On the next visit at 9:38 in the morning, when I arrived there were already four people waiting to be helped ahead of me and ONE person working the front counter. I was informed it was going to be "quite a wait." I opted to not based on the last experience. At this point, I am taking my prescription and going somewhere else to order my glasses. .... and this morning, I called to verify my PD for ordering .... getting a real person on the phone is impossible."
