"Came in tonight and ordered three small cups of ice cream. Staff behind the counter was not friendly, did not smile did not make us feel welcome. They looked like they wanted to be anywhere other than work. They were not rude, they just didn’t look like they wanted to be there. Maybe I’m just old, but I’ve worked in food service and customer service for over 30 years. If I were the owner of that franchise or upper management, I might have a talk with the staff, because honestly, it’s a turn off, what we experienced tonight."

"The staff are friendly, business is small but clean. Ice cream is yummy. I only gave it 3 stars bc the prices have ridiculously sky rocketed over the past few years of going for the amount of product you're actually getting."

"Came here today! Not sure what to expect! The staff was helpful and friendly! They offer a variety of options to choose from, chocolate covered items, smoothies, milk shakes and ice creams! We opted for the ice cream I had the classic vanilla and chocolate chip. I enjoyed the way they folded the chocolate chip into the ice cream to mix it all the way through. Good till last spoonful! They have seating available but due to size of place it’s limited to two people per table there is a four person table outside! The tables outside were not the cleanest ones given the nature of the store! Ice cream drips everywhere when you step outside! I would come back here again to try more items and or another ice cream cup!"
