"Don't really got the fact that i have to call the doctor and ask to discuss the result for my blood work . It's been two weeks and no one called me . I called and I'm still waiting. Also you won't have a regular family doctor. My first appointment i was seen by a resident. I don't know if i can keep using them ."

"Terrible costumer service, front desk is rude, regularly hangs up the phone while people are on hold, I had that happen to me and seen them do it while I was waiting at the office. I waited for two month to get a simple GI referral and ended up losing my appointment. location is dirty and smells."

"I’ve been going here since April, have seen the same doctor for neck muscle spasms/possible neurological condition. I had a med student ask me questions first, then Dr. Nguyen. He also had the sports medicine doctor come in and take a look at me as well. My follow up appointment was a few days ago and changed my meds to something that will hopefully work better. He also had one of the resident doctors come in and talk with me as well. He was extremely kind and actually listens to your issues. Also gave me referrals for neurologists."

"I have been going to this location for several years and will change because of the lack of quality care and the rotating cast of doctors I see. I only went prior because the location was convenient to where I worked and lived. You never see the same doctor. The doctors often Google symptoms and guess when you ask about potential medication changes. It is very difficult to get someone directly on the phone, and they make you jump through hoops for prescription refills. It used to be you could leave a message on their machine requesting a refill. Now they tell you to call your pharmacy and make the pharmacy reach out to them. I spent days tracking them down for a refill only to find out that I had to make an appointment. When I make an appointment, I'm with the doctor less than 2 minutes, which means they are not doing any sort of thorough medication check. I do not recommend. I would give 0 stars if I could."

"THE ENTRANCE IS ON JAMESTOWN STREET NOT SHURS LANE!! Just an FYI. I waited about 8 minutes before being called back. The check-in process was pretty easy. The waiting area is very small. The sign on the door was pretty rude. I understand the message they’re trying to convey however, there was a better way to word it. I will say that the walls are extremely thin and there are students working with the actual doctors. Overall my visit was just ok. This is not my 1st time with my doctor, but my 1st time at this office. The jury is still out on if I will return or find a new primary."
