"I have been going there since they opened with no issues. But recently I was double charged $10.17 for a Pack of Cigarettes and when I told Vic the date and time he first tried to say another worker was there that day Kim. But she wasn't it was him and then he claimed to remember and told me to bring in a Pic of my bank statement on Monday (Today)and he would give either a credit or free pack of cigs Which I did, yet then he said he needed a print out ( I have no printer) I asked for the email address which he said he didn't KNOW and had NO business cards either. So I told him I would have my bank do a Charge Back and would never shop there again. My bank did in fact do a chargeback. They always keep the receipt never even offer it back to you they crumble it up and pretend to throw it in the garbage. ALWAYS ask for your receipt or this could happen to you. When I called and told Vic my bank did the chargeback all he said was "I have a Customer Goodbye" do not trust them and always check your bank or Credit Card records to make sure you are not being double charged or scammed."
