"I like a few other reviews on this post have expressed dissatisfaction and unprofessionalism. It was 10:00 a.m. Wednesday the 2nd of November. I called this facility requesting my test results. The receptionist very very very unprofessional. In her frustration to find answer to my question this individual had to audacity to raise her voice to me in a manner I could have said a few Choice words. I checked her on it and when I did she calmed down I asked her for her name see when I get me her name. She found some information and connect me with people who want she didn't know. I called back to the facility asked her her name again but I told her that I was going to report her and I will to Dr Dupree. This person should not be employed working with the public. Unfortunately black Consortium is not all what it cut up to be I came here for the reason of not seeing white Physicians. Hell I'm as well go back to them I get treated much more respect. In the beginning very impressive glad to be a part of it now because of this experience don't want to be a part of it all. Completely horrible. PS this person tried to even turn the situation around to make it look like it was me and on top of she apologized at the last minute. Horrible lying staff."

"I received my first and second Moderna shots here last month. The staff were professional and courteous. I appreciate the flexibility you offer by being able to walk-in without an appointment. Just be prepared to wait and be patient because there is such high demand right now. This center is a true gift to the community."

"I took my daughter there to get her 1st COVID vaccine. Everything went extremely well. I was thoroughly impressed and glad that people in my former neighborhood would finally get the quality medical care they are afforded. However, my admiration for the center has quickly turned to dissatisfaction. Trying to schedule my daughter’s 2nd dose has been a nightmare. In a matter of weeks the quality of the staff and level of professionalism went from stellar to horrible. This is very unfortunate. Dr. Ala Standford’s office staff in no way exemplify the quality and care for the community like she does. They are just simply rude and unprofessional."
