"I can NEVER get ahold of ANYONE on the phone. It is now 1500, there's NO WAY yall have been busy since 1200 and have not been able to return ANY calls. Waiting in the waiting room for family members to finish up, I CAN VOUCH that they sit there and let that phone ring off the hook. So, if yall are having trouble contacting them, this is why. And also, the lady MaRiA that answers the phone is ALWAYS in a bad mood."

"This always been my childhood clinic growing up had my first son coming here for a bit until i moved location with another provider. Dad had ran off with son for 4 months this clinic had called me about his appointments and when I tried locating my son through doctors they wouldn't bulge because dad had lied about having full custody with no proof whatsoever. The doctor and nurse were asking me who has custody I said I did (i had proof) and they refused to give any information to me about my son. This is illegal and kidnapping. You all should be fired."

"The first time I brought my daughter in for a newborn registration, the receptionist had absolutely no clue how to open a file for an infant and we were standing next to the front desk for over an hour. Over the phone you're never on hold for less than ten minutes if they don't hang up on you first. Lastly, Just when I thought I had found a nice family doctor for myself and my child Dr. Allan, she leaves the office. Fast forward 2 years, I needed a child health form for my child's daycare. Twice they assured me they had it in office. Both times, they handed me the wrong forms and I wasted the trips, I couldn't keep coming since I work. The third and last time, a representative on the phone suggests to fax a copy of the exact one for assurance. I get called 2 weeks later saying it's ready. It's the wrong form again! The receptionist tells me he had no clue why she told me to send by fax if only the billing department receives faxes. I was done."

"Very unprofessional! If late for appointments they make you wait 2 hours before being seen. If your on time it still takes 2 hours to be just called. Not worried about taking treatment seriously for my husband called to speak to doctor and ignorant desk people say they are not authorized to leave a message for a doctor to call me back. Whole place is crooked! Wouldnt recommend going here.they just want the money from your insurance because you will still be billed if you miss an appointment."
