Reviews of Hippie Junction 420 Shop
"Stopped by during their business hours and store is closed. No phone number for business listed and sign shows open."
"Allowing 4 stars since I have been going to either of their 2 locations for a few years now. Overall, service and products (one of the better Kratom brands available) are very good. The current manager takes good care of me when he’s available. My only gripe - both locations can be hit or miss when it comes their hours of operation. I can count on 2 hands how many times they were supposed to be open, lights are on, sign says open BUT the doors are locked and nobody is home. I’m actually writing this review during one of those times. Hours of operation are listed 9-8 today, the time is currently 4:30 pm and both locations are locked up. The one location I frequent, lights are off and doors locked. The other location (where I’m currently at,) lights are on, sign says open but doors are locked. What’s crazy is, during the time I sit here to write this review, I’ve counted 7 lost opportunities of business including myself. Seems like a lot of $ to miss out on. But who knows, maybe these stores bring in enough money to where it doesn’t matter. I don’t mean to gripe too much because like I said - overall usual experience is very good. But if you’re coming from a distance, you may want to call ahead."
"It's definitely convenient, a little confusing bc on the receipt and the GPS it says "Hippie Junction 420 Shop" but when I actually pulled up to the place I was confused (first time going) and almost left bc I thought it sent me to the wrong place. There was nothing above the door or even on the windows that had this name it was Smoke & Vape the only reason i walked in was bc i saw a tiny hemp LED light on the window. (Between Quiznos and the game store) They had a TV in there but there was nothing on to make the shop appear, not so dead. another gentleman and myself walked in and walked around the whole store 2x, looked at everything before someone came out. Not to mention there not being prices on pretty much anything. Kind of seems like they just make the prices up as they go along. The young lady that helped me out I could tell was doing her best (hence the 3 not 1 star) but she didn't actually KNOW the price of anything or have a system to do the math for her when ringing people up. Everything from getting the price to ringing me up she used her phone. I'm Bilingual so it wasn't a lot of confusion but it seemed like she didn't fully understand what the guy, that walked in right when I did, was saying/asking for. And it doesn't help that (I'm pretty sure) she was the only one there. They might benefit from changing/updating their outdoor signs, having a confirmed pricetag on things, and having at least 2 people there at all times one in the back and one that just stays out front in case people come in, it's just safer and better business."
"Overall experience is mediocre at best. My father was in need of CBD flower, which he was able to find at a decent price. I browsed the shelves looking for a new glass pipe, but the prices are higher than usual. Service on the other hand is a completely different story. The clerk was on the phone for the entirety of our visit. It sounded like a personal business call, which is understandable but not very good service to the customers shopping in the store. I may have purchased more if it wasn't for the only employee being on the phone and not being very attentive."
"I really enjoy Hippie Junction especially this location on Eastern Blvd. I've been there multiple times. Ali always seems to be there and has helped me with all of my purchases. Before Christmas I bought 2 batteries & 3 hand blown pipes...One of the batteries didn't work. I took it back & he replaced it. Thank You Ali for your time & patience."
