"Crossroads in Sharon Hill is a great place to go to if you’re 100% ready to stay clean and stick with the MAT program, As long as you be honest then you can and will succeed. The girls at the front desk & the caseworker are fast, friendly and nice. They will go the extra step to help you with providing assistance for any information or advice needed, And the caseworker is so helpful and supportive, always takes the time by really listening to what you say and hear you. You should never feel uncomfortable.. The couple of doctors who I’ve had were also very caring. They are all so helpful and they are always helpful with any questions or concerns you might have. They really do work with you but most importantly they treat us all as the human beings we are and never judge or degrade us. They never disrespect anyone or make us feel worse about ourselves than we already do. We’re treated with respect and not with disgust that many of us already feel like. It’s a great fun comforting & positive atmosphere to be in and i recommend it to anyone who is looking forward to a sober life. Without a doubt, it’s one of the best experiences, for an unfortunate situation I put myself in. This place is a life saver and these women are the best! The Appreciation I have for them is more than I could express for all they do Im extremely grateful."

"I love crossroads in Sharon Hill, because they genuinely do care. They don’t judge you or treat you differently. And they’re very nice, for that type of work, the environment. I can only assume that it gets stressful at times. But the staff members and the doctor are all extremely nice supportive and caring. If you need to be on MAT than I highly recommend Crossroads. "After a 2hr bus and train ride plus half mile walk in 95° heat to make my appointment, I was greeted with disrespect by the receptionist. After her condescending welcoming proceeded to call me names bc I didn't say "ok" when she told me to sit down. Worst possible patient/ provider experience. All they do there is hustle Suboxone and treat clients trying to better themselves as less than the addiction they tried to overcome. Hole in the wall slum shack"
