"I remember arriving nearly around closing time and feeling weak n terrible. They immediately received me in there office with care and compassion. The staff were all so very helpful and assisted me as im disabled with everything i needed during my visit. The level of care was outstanding. I highly recommend this facility. This will surely be my primary urgent care facility as of jan 22, 2024. Went in with flu symptoms. Thank you all at urgent care you are all fabulous. Keep up the great work. Best team support ever! "My visit was great. The receptionist was pleasant and gave the option to register using the QR code which was convenient. It was not crowded during my visit. I was seen within 15- 20 minutes of completing my registration. Paris the MA was polite and professional as was Kelsey the NP. Everyone I encountered contributed to a professional and timely visit. I will definitely refer others and use AFC Urgent Care Ridley again."

"Went in with no insurance and a major health problem that I won’t go into. Services were fairly prices. The PA Sadie was incredibly helpful and was willing to help me as much as possible with keeping the cost low by not running any unnecessary tests. I forget the doctors name, but he was very nice and professional as well. They sent in some prescriptions for me and then I left without having to pay for anything but the check in cost and the prescriptions of course. Staff was very transparent and helpful. The facility was very clean also. Highly recommend."

My wait time was about 20 to 30 minutes which included me checking in and answering a lot of questions. My experience was good. Everyone was helpful and the Doctor explained my treatment and how to proceed afterwards. Everyone was great!"
