"Love the palace always nice and friendly staff, students learn to cut hair under their teachers supervision. Been here more than dozen times and always bring my kids here. Check em out and please be kind to them as they are learning."
"For those that do not know, Wednesdays they offer free cuts for veterans. It was greatly appreciated. My barber was Will. He was very attentive to what he was doing, and this was the best haircut I've had. I'll definitely be back next month. Thank you!"
"Great experience! Student barbers with instructor's guidance as needed. Currently only $8 for a cut. Will definitely be back for a beard shave and another trim. Be patient as the cut will take longer than a standard Great Clips in and out. But appreciate the attention to detail they give! No wait lines. Took about 60 minutes from start to finish. They welcome all and definitely need more patrons for all their students."
"The excellent place tk get your haircut or any saloon service. First you get cheap service. They charge just $8 for haircut. Also, they try to create masterpiece. My hairdresser took more than 70 mins to perfect my hairline although I was satisfied she insisted on give it a best shot. Even the tutors took their final shot before call it their art. People around Pittsburgh. You are lucky!! Just perfect!!"
"Been there twice. First time was an excellent experience: the female barber student was friendly, confident, and did a nice job - no complaints. The second time was not great. The male barber student honestly seemed like he had never held a set of clippers. He needed a ton of help from his instructor. After 45 minutes of fumbling around, I needed to leave and the instructor finished me up. I am totally supportive of helping the students learn, but I expected him to be able to handle my very simple haircut as a beginner."
