"Staff was professional, efficient and engaging however I waited 2 1/2 hours for an employment physical, bloodwork and immunization. For an urgent care, in my experience, this is an excessive wait. I could not reserve an appointment in advance. There was also online forms AND paper forms, some redundant… inefficient. Inside was clean but the outside parking lot had trash in the lot, giving a sketchy first impression."

"Went in for a physical and DOT. Detailed instructions for my screening was provided by the company I was applying for, which I had given to the center. I was still asked questions about what kind of test I was taking. I had arrived around 9am and was told I would be there about 2.5 hours, which included the wait and testing time. I wasn't finished until over 5 hours later at 2:30pm. My initial wait time was over 4 hours. In that time, everyone that arrived before me had left. Several people that arrived after me were seen and examined before me. There were apparently different doctors seeing people for different things, because when I asked how much longer the wait would be at the 2 hour mark, I was told there were only 2 people in front of me. When I was finally seen, all the actual testing that was done took less than 15 minutes. After doing my drug and regular physical tests, I was put into one of the medical rooms and sat there waiting for more than 30 minutes for the next doctor. One of the examiners had put the information for my physical into the system incorrectly, so the doctor had to leave again to go figure out what had happened to make sure I was being tested correctly. After that, things wrapped up smoothly. Overall, the wait time was far too long, and the employees seemed a little lax when it came to doing their jobs properly."

"The facility is bright clean and Airy. The vestibule space however is quite smelly. The staff are respectful, professional, friendly, and kind. Even though some patients are rude, obnoxious, disrespectful and out of control. Word to the wise eat a good meal if possible before you go, light snacks are available but this place is busy and there will be a wait. You've been warned bring your charger, your headphones, and get ready to sit down yourself down, and hurry up and wait."
