"I've left the billing department 3 voices mails and they never have called me back. The billing department never answers their phone. I can't make my next appointment until I resolve a billing issue and at this point I don't even know if they have anyone in their billing department."
"I have seen Dr. Kotolík for several hand issues over the last five years or so. The office staff are beyond friendly, and wait times are reasonable. As for Dr. Katolik, he is very caring and knowledgeable; he provides several options for treatment, along with the likely chances for temporary or permanent relief, along with possibility of recurrence. He is as gentle as is possible when sticking needles into my hand, but he does always apologize for stabbing me, lol. At my last visit, he gave me a steroid injection, and I had a lot of relief by the next day."
"Dr. Katolik ruined my life. He mis set my finger causing undue stress and pain and blamed me for not having therapy. His personal hygiene is also atrocious and the staff environment Satanic. I think the Ukraine Russia war affected the situation negatively. He remarked, "We still have hope." After I declined his offer to break my entire hand to fix his mess. Dr. Mengelie has nothing on him. Avoid him like the plague."
"Doctor Katolik did carpal tunnel surgery on my left hand. In my opinion he is the best. It's only been about two weeks now but recovery is going well and my hand feels much better already. All of his staff and the hospital treated me very well. I would highly recommend him. Jim C"
"Written by Carol Bierman, who was the actual patient. Upon meeting Dr. Katolik for the first time I was deeply impressed by his warm and caring manner. I found him to be an extremely knowledgeable physician who listened to me and immediately determined a resolution to my problem. I cerainly will return to him for any future problem, and highly would recommend him to others."
