"Hi, My name is Amanda Shirley and I ride one of your buses in the morning to go to school and she was late picking a lot of the kids up. I'm not happy my hands were freezing this morning and a lot of the kids were cold. One of the kids told me that she couldn't get the door open and she wanted us to lie and say that the bus broke down. I have had troubles with this bus driver better and you guys really need to do something about. P.S. If the bus broke down or she was have troubles with something she should of reported it or radioed it in."
