"I was referred here by my primary doc due to pretty severe back cervical spine issues (4 herniated discs, DDD, arthritis, etc) I had been in excruciating pain for 6 weeks. I showed up early for my first visit to fill out forms as instructed and was made to sit (in pain) for close to an hour in the waiting room. I watched at least three other patients come in after me and go back to see a doctor and then leave the office after while I still waited. I was finally taken back to a room and then had to wait another 20 minutes before Dr. Jalali came in. There was no explanation or apology for the wait. The doctor seemed nice enough but honestly seemed bored. I had to ask him if he even wanted to see my x-ray and MRI reports that I had gone to the trouble of obtaining from the hospital. I really did not feel like there was any detectable sense of caring about the pain I was in. He did not offer me any option other than an epidural injection. He did explain that procedure very thoroughly and he said the office would call to set it up within the week. I was not happy with the visit overall. The long wait time is just not acceptable when a patient is in severe pain. And the final straw......the office finally called yesterday to schedule my pain injection 18 DAYS LATER. Almost three weeks, how is that an acceptable timeframe? I so strongly do not recommend wasting your time and money here. I've been to 7 visits with a different office in the time it took this office to call me to schedule my injection and I don't even need the injection after having alternative treatments."
