"I've been coming at this planned parenthood clinic for about lil over 2 years now. I had my appointment scheduled for 07/8/23 @ 9:20 but thankfully, believe it or not i was out of there 9:28. Wow, there wasn't any wait, attitude or whatever. I love this upper Darby location so much. My God, i have never had a bad day or a long wait. Wonderful staff, clean facility and great services. God bless your and i appreciate."

"After being on hold for 40+ minutes with no response, I was rudely buzzed into an empty waiting room with the inconsiderate and lazy front desk worker sitting on her phone. She did not even look up to greet me but instead told me i needed to reschedule without even asking for my name. Was told I was a new patient (I’m not) and that the doctor couldn’t fit me in even though I had an appointment. Refused to elaborate on why I couldn’t be seen for my emergency appointment. Did not offer me any insight for making a new appointment besides telling me to reschedule for 2 weeks from now. Not a single worker was bothered to call me before I drove 45 minutes for my appointment to tell me that they canceled it on me. Not a single apology was offered nor did they express a single ounce of empathy for my situation. Disgusting and unacceptable behavior for a Planned Parenthood. No woman in crisis should have to go through this. DO NOT GO HERE!"

"This planned parenthood is extremely unprofessional and very distasteful. They discuss patients before and after they visit. I sat in the waiting area and overheard the front desk staff trash talking patients ,private matters that should not be heard especially at the front desk . Disgusting is the beyond an understatement."

"Staff were all nice & helpful. Appointment went smoothly. Staff made me feel comfortable & calm before my procedure because I was a little nervous. Not a long wait time at all, was taken back within 5 minutes. :) thank you Ladies! You were all great!"
