"Went here for the first time for my yearly today. 10/10 experience! I had some difficulty navigating the building (I have anxiety and was kind of nervous) ,but all of the staff I encountered were more than happy to direct me to the right place. The nurse and doctor I had made it their priority to create a safe and welcoming environment and make it clear that consent was also number one priority. They make it clear that they are pro LGBTQ+. The entire experience was positive thanks to the compassionate, intelligent, and wonderful staff at this St. Luke's facility."
"Horrible practice! Every time I go, I see a different "doctor." Most of the time, they have either a practitioner or student seeing you. I am high risk, and had to get a biopsy. It was never discussed with me after. I would ask questions regarding my care and the current doctor would be completely clueless. I can't blame them because it's their first time seeing me. One time while in the hospital, we were going over my meds and the doctor asked me what where certain medications. My boiling point was when I called the nurse line for an issue. I was told they had no record of me being on bedrest or of having any complications! I am almost 7 months and have been going my entire pregnancy. I told them I would be switching doctors. I'm terrified at the thought of one of these "doctors" being in charge of my abs my child's care."
