"I have the same experience as lots of others. I was kept waiting for 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment. Then I called back after I got home to get a question answered about the lab tests and had to leave a message. No one ever answers the phone there, you always have to leave a message. Naturally no one ever returned my call. I just called today to cancel my next appointment and again no one answered the phone, had to leave a message again."
"The purposefully have gotten rid of other reviews from transgender people who have gone here for hormone therapy. They do an extremely poor job at regulating Testosterone levels especially and many of us are often left frustrated at the pharmacy because our prescription wasn't written correctly or a prior authorization wasn't ever sent to our insurance. If you need to reschedule it will be at least 3-6 months if youre lucky."
"Dr. Abrams is awesome, Rachel is cool as heck. they have been amazing with my daughter. They treat us with respect, they listen and work with us every step of the way. Learning your child is T1D is scary as it is, they take you by the hand and lead the way."
"Staff is professional and caring. Wait time is usually not more than 15 minutes. The providers are nice and give my parents good care. They take their time with you."
"Wish no stars was an option. Appointment was scheduled for 8:40 AM. Arrived at 8:25 AM text message asked. At 10:00 AM I still had not been seen by the doctor. No one came into to explain the delay, ask if I minded waiting or checked to make sure I was okay. I understand I was not going to see the doctor at 8:40 AM. To ask a patient to arrive 15 minutes early and keep them waiting for over an hour with no explanation or being checked on is ridiculous and unprofessional."
