"I don’t think I have ever written an online review in my life but this is the worst Doctor’s office I have ever had experience with. Wendy who answers the phone is truly nasty, and has consistently talked over me and is nothing if not perpetually condescending. I am always on hold for 5-10 minutes at least and then get transferred to their messaging system because Wendy “doesn’t handle that”. When I ask clarifying questions of when I can expect to hear back, or when I can expect my prescription to be called in, it’s like I’ve asked her to move mountains and she responds with “when it’s done” or similar non answers to my questions. I have repeatedly had to call them because they have not issued a prescription and blamed it on a “computer glitch”. When I asked for a virtual appointment for a recurring issue I’ve been seen for, she asked if I was “actually in pain” and that I could call for an ambulance if my I hurt that badly and needed to see someone. The notes when I have seen a provider have been consistently inaccurate and the one doctor’s response to my anxiety was to “just go outside and I’d feel better” I just switched providers because I truly dread being sick- not because I’m sick, but because I will have to deal with this office."

"So far, most of my dealings with this office have left me nothing less than frustrated. For starters, nearly every time I call the administration that answers the phone acts like it is an inconvenience to be on the phone with me. Second, I found out at my last doctor's appoint that a blood test that was taken over a year ago had found something, and no one ever told me. The response I got when I questioned it was, "Oh, well, I guess you should schedule another appointment for a wellness exam. We like you to have them once a year anyway." ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? Now, to put the icing on the case, the doctor I saw, who actually was good and made me consider staying (Dr. Ohanian), prescribed a med for me that unfortunately was no longer available. The pharmacy called the practice, and another doctor, Dr. Iftikhar Ahmad, told them to give me something else without talking to the doctor I saw. Now the prescription I have is something I CANNOT take, and since my husband didn't know that when he picked it up, I am now stuck with the prescription and the cost. Awesome job Dr.... Needless to say, I will be switching practices."
