"My Carbon Cub delivery pilot texted me enroute to a planned fuel stop at Butler advising that the electric trim was intermittent. I reached out to Teri and emailed her the appropriate wiring diagram. She tracked my plane on FlightAware and had avionics Technician Brian standing by when the Airplane taxied in. Within :05 the problem was diagnosed. As a result the plane able to depart and get here to its new home in Michigan before dark and deteriorating weather. What a professional and conscientious team!
