"Saw the doctor for a referral. The referral they gave me has no one to call. No Referrred to. No phone I can call to make an appointment. To make it worst my Referring provider info is wrong. Mahmud Ali, MD your PHONE number on my Referral is not in service. I'm lost for words."

"I have been going to this office for over 25 years. The last few years the office staff is terrible!!!! I have been trying to get a refill of one of my meds for a week now. I was in to see the doctor April 8th and today is the 15th. I had blood work ordered. When I called after I noticed (same day of office visit) I was out on a Cholesterol medicine. I was told they will check with the doctor. I didn't hear back on Thursday, I called again. I was put on HOLD FOR 30 MINUTES! I called back later, I was told I needed blood work, After stating I was just there. They said I don't know what happen (Cholesterol check wasn't in the order). Office person said I had to get the blood work (again). I got blood work and today I STILL DON'T HAVE MY MEDS!!!!!! I'm extremely upset! I called today, I asked what the problem is and why the med's were not refilled, NO RESPONSE. and here I WAIT WITH NO MEDICATION!!!!!! THE OFFICE STAFF GET"S A 0"
