"I’ve been through the ringer this year, and it’s taken a toll on my health in a lot of ways. I’ve been to doctors before where they dismiss you and tell you that your concerns are all in your head or that nothings wrong when you know that you feel sick. Kacie Labik has never done that to me. Back in November, when I had a bump on the head and a history of migraines and wasn’t sure if I had a concussion, she made the time for an emergency telemedicine appointment in her day to see me and was able to set me on the road to actually getting help for both the migraines and the concussion. Now fast forward to February, I’ve come down with something but I’m also dealing with a lot of emotionally heavy things and she took a lot of time out of the visit today to talk about mental health and ensure on top of my psychologist that I was receiving enough care in that area. I have a follow up appointment in a month and I just want Kacie to know that she does a lot of really great things and I appreciate her help so much. There’s a lot of healing in just being heard and validated."
"Do not recommend. Unfortunately. Disorganized administration. Inaccurate billing which took me months to untangle. Staff shortage. Revolving door of clinicians coming and going. Dated offices (bathroom and offices haven't been updated in years- chairs have stains and tears, I had early an appt and it looked like the old carpet in the waiting room hadn't been cleaned since 2006) Saw Casey Labiak a couple of times as a new patient and won't be coming back. She seemed professional enough but also lacked the warmth and genuine connection I was looking for in a medical provider. She hardly looked up from her laptop while intensely typing away to document our visit. I guess keeping detailed records is more important than eye contact and attempting to understand the patient’s concerns? Maybe she didn't like me but her job is to help (first do no harm, right?) but got zero input from HER, almost as she had no knowledge on the issue discussed. Contributed nothing to our visit but was very eager to start dabbling in meds "just to see if they help the symptoms. " I felt like a lab rat. Picking meds is like a Chinese menu to me without in depth understanding of how and why I developed the symptoms I did. Just felt unheard and dismissed. It's a cliche, I know, but I also felt like a number in that office. I was given precisely 15 minutes of face to face plus another 15 minutes of sitting in the waiting room. The rest of the staff was borderline unpleasant. The front desk person (with tattoos) was rushing me and did not disinfect her hands when she touched my insurance card. The nurse/Casey’s helper did not even introduce herself or address me properly. She ushered me to the back room, took my blood pressure and left the room without saying a word. Strange. I will be looking for a new doctor. I just hope they won't charge me for my medical records lol"

"If I could give NO STARS I would but I had to in order To comment. There’s a multitude of reasons for the no star statement but the biggest issue of all was waiting for a call back from this office for 4 days with multiple recalls to the office. In my opinion this is unacceptable."
