"I highly recommend Adam and Mark and the whole Coordinated Health physical therapy team. My daughter went to PT in the Allentown office after a difficult to treat injury and has made tremendous progress! Her course of treatment was customized to her specific needs and they really took the time to listen to the goals she wanted to accomplish. Thank you so much Coordinated Health physical therapy!"
"I started to have bad pain in neck area that radiated from there into my shoulder, and my shoulder actually locked up on me. I tried ice and heat, tylenol, motrin and nothing worked. I ended up going to Dr. Palermo at Coordinated Hazleton, and he couldn't work on me because he knew something wasn't right. Well I ended up seeing Dr. Duffy (also Coordinated Health Hazleton) and he sent me for an MRI and it was not good, so I ended up being referred to Dr. Christopher Wagener of Coordinated Health of North Cedar Crest Blvd. Allentown. He knew what I was going through and he will play it straight with you from the very beginning. He told me that what was going on with me, involved me needing surgery. I had it done, he performed the surgery and all went great!!! The thing is he will have you exhaust every option before entertaining the idea of surgery because surgery is a big deal. He is one of the nicest doctor's/people I've crossed paths with and also his CRNP Jen! She is the nicest person! He is very good at doing what he does! I was nervous about surgery and a friend said to me, "do you trust your doctor?" I said yes, absolutely. Dr. Wagener takes what he does very seriously, and he is very good at what he does. He's a healer! That is his badge of honor as a spine surgeon. There's way more to this story, but I'm not going to go into the sad details, but I can say I am a warrior, a fighter, and am still standing.... And it's because of the help I got from my doctor! Here's to hoping M.I.S.S. (Minimally Invasive Spine Sugery) takes hold in other counties!!!! On the bright side my cutie of a three year old still asks to see the scar on the back of my neck and he says mommy I'm going to kiss your booboo! He is the sweetest little dude! β€ My thirteen year old however thinks that I'm part robot and he thinks it's the coolest thing ever lol!"
"I have been seeing doctors and specialists throughout coordinated health for the last few years. Dr Choquette, Dr. Phillips and their team are really great! They are very respectful, easy to talk to, and really care about the patients. I would also like to point out the staff on the front end.. One in particular Rose Sterner (Surgery Scheduler) is such a sweet, respectful young lady. She really does go above and beyond to make sure you're scheduled in as soon as possible for all your appointments. She's always top of it! She is always happy to check for cancellations to further accomodate the patient. She really is a great help, and an amazing person overall. I really can't thank her and the rest of this team enough for all they do!"
"Beware of ridiculous facilities fees!!! I visited the office for a simple knee issue. Nothing was out of the ordinary compared to any other doctors office I've ever been to. I checked in, they gave me a packet full of standard medical info/billing info to fill out just like any other office. Before I was even through a couple of pages they called my name. The doctoral r spent maybe 10 mins with me. I had no complaint about him personally. He suggested doing two cortisone shots and follow up with PT. Again nothing that I haven't had at other orthopedic doctor. Before I left they had me quick sign the other papers. A few weeks later I get a bill in the mail for over $600. I thought it was a mistake, it was just s simple visit. They billed me for the doctor visit, the doctor administering each shot(all of which only amounted to just a little over $100), then below that charge there was a separate charge entitled "surgecial center/facility" which made up for the other $500. I thought there must have been a mistake as I didn't visit a surgery center. They charged $560 twice (one for each shot) my insurance disallowed one charge and applied the other to my deductible. Upon calling the billing department they informed me that they consider themselves a hospital so they get to charge a hospital fee even though it's just a standard doctors office and claimed there were signs in the office that stated this( I went back several times and looked around and found not one notification). They also claimed I signed their paperwork(apparently they hid the info toward the last page).Every person I spoke with was snotty as they clearly must get these inquiries a lot. Never once when I booked the appt., checked in for the appt., or when I was taken back to the exam room was I ever informed of the fact this company charges facilities fees. They don't want you to be informed, they know if you were fully aware of this caviot you would go somewhere else. Believe me I will NEVER make this mistake again and feel that people need to know what their getting into. As long as you are being told the truth you can make the decision that is right for you. Personally for me I will never return. You are better off going to Lehigh Valley or ST. Luke's."
"I recently had back surgery and had some issues in the beginning but once I had my MRI taken. Dr. Charles Norelli got down to business, He helped me with pre-op pain management and anything else I needed. He's a doctor who seems to really care about helping his patients. Which is hard to find these days, IMO. Dr. Christopher Wagener preformed the operation, I went from a 9/10 pain level to almost no pain now. They're friendly and professional."
