"I loved this class her and her family are doing great things I do alot of solo dirtbike riding one of the most common accidents on a dirt bike is a broken leg or arm this class was so valuable to me they taught us first aid and most importantly how to splint broken extrimetys using a sam splint and a few other pieces of kit I can't tell you how much confidence it gives me it allows me to push myself harder off road we also learned other skills impromptu shelter building and great team building exercises all of this in my first class I cant wait to attend the next classes hope to see you all on Kayford"
