"Probably one of the worst experiences. First, very small. No children welcome. Beware women without babysisters saw another high risk patient sent home because she brought her children. Second, not only does the Dr. There seem to have any hope he brought up the possibilities of abortion. Seriously unheard of. You're dealing with already high risk scared mothers but to bring up that talk when there is nothing visibly wrong with your child is outrageous. Ran out of there! Never going back. I suggest LVH maternal fetal they were so positive and welcoming!"

"So disappointed in this office. Made my appointment a week prior for 9am, when I got to the office 20 minutes early I was told my appointment was not until 10am. After already driving over a half hour to get there and having to be at work by 11 I was extremely frustrated. During the appointment I felt like just another number and there was no bedside manor of the nutritionist I met with. It’s sad because I have met with 3 of the doctors before and they have all been amazing. The nutritionist was awful. Then to top it off, after confirming twice with the receptionist that my new insurance would be bill, it wasn’t. They billed my old insurance even after she confirmed 2 times that it wouldn’t be a problem to bill the new insurance. Now I have to me phone calls and handle this when it was their mistake. I am not one to review negatively but I feel very strongly regarding this experience and I hope that others don’t have the same. Other than the 3 doctors I met with at other times, in a different office, this office is very disappointing."

"Fantastic providers. Poorly run office. I love my doctor here (Dr. Birsner) but this practice is not run with a a respect for patient’s time. I’ve come at all different times of day, before and after they changed computer systems. The waiting room is always packed. At check in, the glass is usually closed with a sign to Take a Number and I always wait at least 20-30 minutes - up to an hour - before I’m seen. Once I’m in the room and with a provider it changes - the providers are great and caring and answer all my questions. But next pregnancy I’ll try to find somewhere where I don’t consistently have to wait so long."

"Not happy with my service at this location. I scheduled my appointment back in November 2017 and was given the time and date of dec 21 at 930 am I received the email to check in early which I did as I always do. I received the automated message confirming my appointment. So I get to the office and they said oh we called you on Tuesday dec 18 and said your appointment was changed to Wednesday dec 19 at 1130.... first off I never received the voicemail. Secondly this appointment was scheduled a month prior and if there was an issue I should have received a phone call immediately to let me know of the issue. Not happy at all. I switched to st Luke’s to get the best care possible for all this I should have just stayed at my old obgyn because I never had issues like this before in 10 years of being with my old OB. Only reason I switched was because he was sick."
