I HAVE BEEN CALLING FOR THE PAST 10 DAYS TO GET A REFILL FOR MY GRANDDAUGHTERS ALBUTEROL INHALER THAT SHE DESPERATELY NEEDS AND NOBODY HAS CONTACTED ME BACK. THEY SAID ITS IN THE NOTES BUT STILL NOTHING. I WILL BE CONTACTING THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE DEPT... THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS!!! im surprised by the poor reviews. I always have a positive experience when I come here for myself or when I bring my grandkids for an appt. Yes, trying to get in touch with them sometimes is difficult but other than that I have no complaints."

"Dr Wannah should not be in this field . He does not listen to his patients. Has little to no empathy. Also I'm pretty sure he takes some kind of narcotic because he is always confused and his eyes were glazed a few times. Just a few things to take in before considering him as PCP. Thanks"

"I have been taking my Children to Star Community Health at 450 Chew St location for about 2 years now and They Def are The most Amazing Overall Office . Not only are the Drs (mostly Female) Go Girl Power !!! the Most caring and helpful caregivers but also the most Understanding!! Their front desk staff are Phenomenal both in person and on the phone !! I also wanted to give a Special Shout Out to Amanda Spano!!!!! She’s the Social Worker case Manager there. I have been trying to get my daughter an Apt not w this office but with a Special Dr for about 6 months now , and have not been able to get one until now . She somehow found out I was looking for one and personally called me and told me she would try n help me and did so and Excelled at it . She was able to get me an apt set up for the beginning of next month !!! God Bless her !! I’m so Overwhelmed w Gratitude towards her !! She really is an Extraordinary Woman !!! Kudos to her and All of the Drs and Staff at Star Community Health !!!"

"worse Practice ever! Never answer the phone staff is so unprofessional and rude. Tried calling the office to schedule a physical for my child and was hang up 3 times and all i hear is a hispanic lady laughing and talking in the background about her life. instead of wasting time talking about your life yah should answer the phone call for your patients and get to work. Been trying to get a hold of them for about 2 week and it always busy or they send you to voicemail to leave a message that they will cb with in 24 hr and I still haven't got a called from them."
