"Where do I even start? I rarely leave reviews. I first came here because I had skin tags, my appointment was probably about 30 seconds. The doctor quickly looked at my neck and took some skin tags off but she looked so fast that she ended up missing quite a few which meant I had to schedule another appointment to be seen again. The second time I went in for skin tag removal I saw Dr. Kai, she was probably the most helpful Dr. I’ve seen since going there. I came in a second time to be seen for hair loss, I got off of birth control and around month 4 I started to experience hair loss. I was told over the phone that these appointments are around 90 minutes, I went in and saw Dr. Morgan I believe was her name and she was terrible. She came in and quickly looked at my scalp and said it looks fine, I told her I was losing CHUNKS of hair in the shower and she brushed it off and said “we really don’t care about hair loss in the shower because we are expected to lose around 100 hairs a day” which okay I get but I was losing way more than that. She said to get on Rogan and come back in 6 months and if my hair isn’t better they’d have to do an invasive surgery. WHAT? I was shocked, there was no recommendation on getting blood work done, I would think this is clearly a hormonal issue due to getting off of birth control but no, she immediately jumped to a scalp surgery. I have seen an endo, primary care, gyno and dermatologist and all of them have been zero help. I plan to see a functional medicine doctor that will actually take blood work and figure out the ROOT CAUSE of my hair loss. Also another thing is, if you schedule an appointment for hair loss or whatever but then have a question about something else they always say, you’ll have to schedule another appointment to go over that. I do not recommend this place at all, no one truly listens. You are in and out within seconds. I would say truly do your own research before taking their recommendations."

"We arrived for back to back appointments. The lady at the desk told us we did not have appointments, although my appointment card said we did. The office was about to close. She kept insisting that we had cancelled these appointments. She claimed that the office manager called and spoke to both my spouse and I, in June and that we cancelled. That never happened. I even double checked the voicemail on cell phone and home phone, nothing on either. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt before calling them liars, as they did with me. It took us 90 minutes to drive there, which we would never do if we had cancelled. We loved Theresa and she was the only reason that we put up with this rude staff as long as we did. I tried to call the office manager this morning to discuss it with her, she never answered. I just remained on hold. I am sorry that there isn’t a rating lower than 1 star. Not going back!!"

"If you go here I would not recommend Robin Scheiner at all. Spent so much money for fillers which didn't work & only made my skin bumpy and she didn't seem to care that it didn't work at all under my eyes and only made me black & blue. Also tried a procedure on my neck a few years ago too with laser that was supposed to tighten my skin and saw no difference at all."

"I have never experienced such rudeness from a quote - unquote professional doctors office. I was a first time patient. I made an appointment to the see the doctor (Dermatologist). Again being a new patient, I didn't realize that I was being seen by an associate until my visit was over. Once I learned that I ask to speak with the office manager who I was told was Carol. She wasn't available. I asked that she give me a call. I was never so appalled with the way Carol (the office manger )spoke to me. To call her rude is definitely a compliment . I explained the mishap and she said to me " Well there's nothing I can do about it now" and I was hung up on. Yes hung up on. I was numb and shaken by this. I gave it a day and reached out to Dr. Scheiner to let her know of my first time experience, who apologized for Carol's unprofessional behavior. What bitter taste this has given me... PLEASE do your homework before EVER considering the Brinton Lake Dermatology Office. Tracy"
