"It is a shame that last night my husband, sick son and I waited for 1.5 hours in waiting room, even been told we were 3rd in line at the get-go, our names were finally called, only to take vitals and it was going to be another hour to get in an exam room. Nurse told us there were 8 patients in the back waiting for the 2 drs. We left. Completely unacceptable, all we needed was a dr to confirm an ear infection and get antibiotics. No communication to the patients, the waiting room was full of sick, uncomfortable kids and staff was completely mum. Never again, should’ve read the reviews"

"Unfortunately, I had to take my granddaughter here two weeks in a row however, with both visits we were treated rather fast and the staff here was super friendly. Dealing with sick children requires skills and patience which they had both! Thanks Everyone!"

"Horrible!!!!!! 4 hour wait with only 6 people in front of us. Waited in the room for well over an hour for the doctor. Doctor didn't come in until I opened the door to say something. Frustrating to hear them all just laughing and chatting around the Nurse's station while we helplessly wait. Better of going to the ER....was in and out of Nemours including a 3 hour steriod/nebulizer treatment fast than this. All to confirm the ear infection we suspected. Never again....they definitely took thier lunch break while we sat there."

"I took my four month old to get her breathing checked after chop after hours care recommended being seen in the emergency department. I waited hours with my son earlier this month in the ED. We were in and out at urgent care within an hour and the staff was very pleasant."
