"If I could give no star I would I was a kid here staff are rude I got picked up by my throat and I got witnesses who saw it they talk behind the kids back and not supervise kids enough they thrown kids I don’t recommend I was depressed in here it was bad I was scared in a way kids are not safe here"

"The best reason to work at New Outlook Academy is the relationship you have with the children. We value safety, relationship building and holistic care. This job is very fulfilling due to its trauma informed setting, opportunities for children, and one of a kind treatment programs. Children originally view placement as a punishment or prison like setting and this is far from that atmosphere. We have outings, dorm style rooms, family visitation and so much more. The kids get to be kids here and are provided with opportunities they will not receive anywhere else."

"New Outlook Academy has really improved throughout the years, always trying to transform into a better environment to better help and work with the kids. But the best part is all of the fun incentives they can get the opportunity to do like baseball games, basketball games, bouncy houses, cookouts, hanging out with horses and helping out in the community just to name a few. (yes, thats allactually true)"

"the building may not have been the best but most staff truly try their best to help the adolescents that’s stay there. i have been out of NOA for less than a month and i am so thankful for all the support and advice they had given me along my stay at New Outlook Academy!
