"This and the Kennett Square office have been horribly hit or miss when it comes to returning phone calls and informing me of my surgery time. Took 3 week's and me leaving 3 messages to find out I could go directly and get my MRI. Premier was terribly sorry for any inconveniences. Then I get a surgery date and confirmed while in front of the scheduler that Premier would be calling me the day before. How unprofessional, thoughtless, and rude. No call, no text, no email. I started calling at 3 pm...... nothing. I made special accommodations to have a designated driver, took off work and have been in pain for 3 months. These have been my experiences. "But have your credit card and insurance information ready....," Then you'll get someone's attention. Business practicese and processes need to be reviewed."

"Dr Wolfe was excellent. Clear, concise and did a very nice job explaining my injury. We reviewed symptoms, how they lined up with what he found on the MRI and how his recommended procedure will fix the injury. We also discussed recovery timeline, projected activities during recovery and expectations for physical activity after recovery. He spoke in layman’s terms and I felt comfortable the entire visit. Support staff was professional, helpful and courteous."

Dr. Wolfe handled my shoulder injury so well, with recommendations for PT and follow up, this was my first ever need for care with injury so I was nervous about not knowing what to expect. I was taken care of from beginning to end with ease. The nurses, therapists and medical assistants were amazing. I didn't have to worry about a thing. I saw the therapists at the Aston location where I got the best care. Highly recommended Joe, Kelvin and Walt.
