"Please go somewhere else. I was a patient for almost 20 years. They used to be responsive, kind, caring, and actually work towards your health. Now its all about turn over, and they have no room for you. Ive had horrible pain for months now, and the best they could do was 'go to the ER so they can run the tests because we dont have apts available'. When i did that the ER doctor spent 5 minutes with me and ordered nothing despite my requests. It took another two weeks because of a cancelation with a new dr to even see me to run more tests (just one for the next week of course). Three days after the test i call to please have the dr call me back with results since what i was reading was not good form my research. After yet another weekend went by i called again, this time being told 'everything is normal', not from the dr with further explanation or future testing, but by my 'care team' who couldnt answer any real questions like 'now what?', 'where do we go from here?' and 'when can i see him or talk to him to ask him those questions?'. Please keep in mind that my concern through all this is that i have two paternal family members who died from cancer specifically about these body parts. After CALLING THEM and asking for results i was forced to make a new apt with a new dr. The day of that apt i was called to be told i should cancel that apt and take one the next day with the dr i already saw. The following day i receive a cancelation for that apt because the dr called out sick, and when i call back the next available apt is 30 days later. Summary: This is all about stringing you along anymore. There is no care here and whats worse, is you will waste time looking for it. Want an apt? Wait 90 days. Need test results they ordered explained to you? Call them because they wont call you. Want to ask your 'care team' a question? Go ahead, theyll write it down and youll never get a call back. Google needs to start allowing 0 stars, because honestly and without any sense of irony, or hyperbole, i would have received the exact same care over the last 4 months if i had just walked out the back door and burned money while i walked through the lobby. Oh, one last thing......please dont even expect human decency, or bed side manner.....those dont exist. I have literally had 'care team' members (Colleen) whisper under their breath lying to me while im on the phone with them and explain that my constant physical pain is exactly the same as someone they know with PTSD. Its not a 'care team'.....its a 'damage control' team when their apathy is understood and you need answers. The disrespect, lack of care, and genuine ambivalence blows me away."

"This location is the best. I've had a nothing but positive experiences with the staff, nurses, and doctors. Especially the allergy dept. Also Andrew Ferretti and Dr. Patel are the best in their field. Very impressive. Highly recommend this location."

"Been going here for years. Have hearing loss, sinus issues, and chronic laryngitis among other problems. I was always very happy with the staff and care I received...until they were acquired by Lehigh Valley Physician’s Group. Now wait times are ridiculous and Dr. Patel spent all of 5 minutes with me, screwed up my medications list in their software, and I waited 45 minutes for my usual hearing test because they scheduled three people all at the same time for a hearing test. I can’t refill my medication because they “lost it” and you don’t get a straight answer from any of the staff when you call. They blame you for any mistakes THEY made. I typically also have to be scoped but refused because I just had no trust in them anymore."

"I had my first appointment today at this office. My entire experience there was a very positive one. I was seen by Dr. Karen Shemanski. She was simply outstanding. I found her to be very competent, professional, and friendly, and I found her bedside manner and the information she provided to be very comforting. From one professional to another, I want her to know she is doing an excellent job! I am certain she is a very valued and integral part of Allen ENT. And actually, everyone I dealt with there today was great!"
