"I hate leaving bad reviews. Generally I only relieve good reviews my 11-year-old had a possible flu vaccine reaction and she was sent home from school with chest and back pain and a red face. I situation turned out non-. After the fact, however, we called this practice to inform them of this pain and they told us to bring her up as soon as we could. They said they would see her at 1:30. We got there at 1:20 and there was no other patients there. We were the only people there, then two more patients walked in and went back before us us… then a third.. We finally get sent back after 25-30 minutes. We talked to a nurse briefly, and we were not attend it to for over 45 minutes.. countless patients came in and out and we’re seen because we could hear it through the door.. after 1 hr 35 minutes of waiting we left. Two things… I get it, we didn’t have an appointment But they could’ve sent us to an urgent care if they were really concerned… Why let an 11 year old sit there? listen mistakes happen, and people are human but the medical field doesn’t get to play that game. I wonder if we will see this visit on the insurance.. not happy"

"I was referred here by friends and really wanted it to work. Unfortunately, I didn't have the chance to meet Dr. Hellstern. I only saw the the PA twice for my 1yo. I felt rushed and not heard. Things came up during the visit that really confused me and made me uncomfortable. I decided I would look elsewhere for care for my 10 and 8 yo children and also future care for my 1yo."
