"Wife had flu like symptoms this weekend. We used the skip the wait function on the St. Luke's website and picked 1pm. We arrived and were taking back at 1:05. The nurse and provider were very caring. Our visit took less than 30 minutes. Easy Access!"

Shane, Toshia and Paul got me back to a room and after about 10minutes of holding pressure, the bleeding slowed to assess me and realize I needed a hand surgeon and they assisted getting me to LV ER. "Went with my husband on Dec 12th to the Urgent Care around 3 pm. We were seen by Shane, PA. We were supposed to have scripts sent to our pharmacy. There were no scripts sent. I called St Luke's Care Now and was told there was no note in my husband's chart. I asked could you check with Shane and was told no. Terrible customer service with no follow through. I've never had anything like this happen before with a healthcare facility."
