"Dr. Maggie is an inconsiderate witch who doesn’t care how you feel. All they want is your money and they send you on your way. Went in for a sore throat for over a week and they told me to take vitamins, didn’t even look at my throat or test me for strep throat. Would give 0 stars and a personal message to her if I could. Will never go here again"

"Would’ve preferred to give a zero star rating. Called the after hour provider to discuss symptoms and current illness. She told me that this line is for emergencies and my concerns and illness was not reasons to contact a provider after hours. I felt so dismissed. As someone who works in healthcare I can understand at this time of year is difficult on the Doctors but that is NO WAY to treat your patients. Would NOT RECOMMEND! On a positive note I been with this practice for 7 years and have never had an issue until now. I typically see Dr. Scardino. Who is the most amazing doctor ever. I would give her a million star review if I could."

"Never again will I be coming here. I am tired of being brushed off by the doctors and sent home after not even 5 minutes. They diagnosed me with vertigo (which only made up for one symptom out of my MANY) I went somewhere else and it turns out I have Vascular Loops. Something this doctor office couldnt even be bothered looking into. I would NOT recommend coming here."

"Alexis in the front office is very snippy and rude. Hangs up the phone without saying goodbye or asking if you had any more questions. She needs some Customer Service training. I get anxiety just thinking about her answering when I call. Everyone else in the office is great!"

"I have never had any issues in the past. However, I experienced a few symptoms and was prescribed antibiotics over the phone. Two days later, with no improvement, I called the nurse again, and she alerted the doctor, and suggested I wait for his call back, to perhaps make an appointment. Having waited for an hour and being in lots of pain, I decided to call myself instead since I figured the next step was to come in for a sample and send it out for a culture to make sure I was on the right antibiotics. The call was sent to a voicemail box, and I left a message asking for a call back due to my symptoms not improving or if I should go to the ER or urgent care. I did not get a call back after being told that I would, so I went to an urgent care and was prescribed other antibiotics."
