"I went in tonight because I could not hear out of my ear due to ear wax buildup. Amanda was the RN who initially tried to flush it and was incredibly thorough. I was then see by Heather, the PA, and she was incredibly patient and thorough, not giving up. It was definitely a process, but I can now hear again for the first time in weeks! Great team work! Thank you both for what you do on a daily basis, very much appreciated!"

"On Christmas Day, we brought a family member in for an ongoing issue with cellulitis which became infected. The three team members were welcoming, engaging, and very efficient. The evaluation, treatment, and prescription ordered were on point. Extremely happy with the care received at LVHN Express Care."

"I am disappointed in my visit to Pennsburg Express Care on 10/22/23. I went in with concern for having bloody phlegm and back pain. Very minimal action was taken. A look at my ears, nose and throat, and I was told I was clear and to monitor. Less than 24 hours later I was being admitted to the ER for a pulminary embolism. I was in a lot of pain and it was hard to breathe. I went to express care first hoping I would get an xray of my chest and an explanation on why I could possibly have so much blood in my phlegm. The doctor was pleasant but I felt wasn’t knowledgeable or didn’t put much effort or time into taking at look at me. The nurse barely spoke to me. He asked me my height and weight verbally and never actually weighed me. Just small things that added up to a decision to not return back to this location."
