"I'll I've got to say is pathetic ... For a certain time they were OK, but as my 'Family Doctor', I call to make an appointment for something that can be potentially serious, and I get drilled by the receptionist with an attitude about my symptoms, and wants to know exactly whats wrong with me for an appointment today. I have no idea whats wrong with me or I wouldn't be calling a doctor. It's so very difficult finding a decent Doctor nowadays, guess I was spoiled growing up as our family doctor was pleasant and somewhat conforming to our needs. Now it's a battle to see how fast they can get you in and get you out, who they can refer you to and how little they can do for maximum $$$. Immediate care facilities are the worst, but this is the second time this week on the phone with this woman and I'm beside myself. Don't know what to do"
