"I had to travel to this location for a class on miners safety to revive my underground card. I Arrived on a very snowy day with terrible road conditions and was unable to get my vehicle up the hill to the parking lot. After decided to call up to the facility to have somebody possibly come get me a employee named Zach Morris showed up only to yell and curse at me. I explained to him I was new and I had never been at the location but he just kept being unreasonable. This business needs a serious change and they should probably fire Zach Morris he has a horrible attitude……"
